Sunday, August 25, 2019, Fox8 held their 7th annual Fox Trot to benefit Stand Up to Cancer.  1800 runners and walkers registered for this event and we were among them.  The weather could not have been better for a start at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  From there it was a mere 3.1 miles around downtown Cleveland to the finish line back at the Rock Hall. The crowd was energized by the band that played and everyone was in an exceptionally good mood for an 8:30 am start.  

Don, Amy, and their families all finished the race – with respectable times (Amy beating Don, of course).  If you happened to catch the news segment either online or on TV, you would have caught a brief glimpse of us conversing with Lou and Tracy!  We can’t think of a better way to start the day….exercise to benefit a great cause.
