How do I request a withdrawal or distribution?
To request a withdrawal from your investment accounts, we will need to speak with you directly to verify your identity and confirm the amount requested. Please call our office at 440.925.3040, and we will be happy to assist you. For security reasons, withdrawal requests cannot be processed via voicemail or email. We ask that you allow 5–7 business days’ notice for processing; however, in many cases, withdrawals may be completed sooner.
How do I set up online access to my investment accounts?
Online access can be set up anytime by visiting www.balancedassetmanagement.com and clicking “Client Login” and then “Sign Up.” Simply follow the prompts; your username will be the full email address you have on file with us. If you’d rather, we can send you an activation link to walk you through the setup.
Can I make my accounts paperless?
To make your accounts paperless, you will need to have an online account established. After logging in, look for the “Go Paperless” option in the top right of your screen and follow the prompts to select the documents you’d like delivered electronically.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes! Simply visit the app store on your mobile device and search for “LPL AccountView”.
How do I make an appointment?
You may schedule an appointment at any time by calling our office at 440.925.3040 or by visiting www.balancedassetmanagement.com and clicking “Schedule an Appointment.” For your convenience, meetings are available in-office, via Zoom, or by phone.
How often should we meet to talk about investments?
We recommend meeting at least annually to review your investments and discuss any updates or changes in your life, helping ensure you remain on track toward your financial goals. When it’s time for your annual review, we’ll reach out to you to encourage you to schedule a meeting. Of course, you never have to wait for your yearly meeting—appointments are always available whenever you’d like to connect.
How do I update my personal information?
Please notify our office of any changes to your address, phone number, email, or beneficiaries so we can keep your records current.
